ICCCM 2026

July 24-26, 2026 | Tokyo, Japan

The 14th International Conference on Computer and Communications Management (ICCCM 2026) drew to a successful close 26 July 2026, after three-day hybrid onsite-online gathering hosted by Shibaura Institute of Technology at Toyosu Campus, Tokyo, Japan. Bringing together scholars, engineers and industry practitioners worldwide, the conference served as an open forum for exchanging cutting-edge ideas across computer science, communication networks, artificial intelligence, IoT and digital healthcare.

The conference program featured four keynote speeches, three invited talks, three special sessions, oral presentations, a poster track and an online session. Distinguished keynote speakers covered forward-looking topics including brain-inspired neural networks for generative and agentic AI, human-state-aware communication management, early-event detection from collective online behaviour, and edge-vision systems powered by automated AI-model compression. Special sessions explored real-world IoT deployment, agent-oriented AI systems, and Healthcare-as-a-Service built upon the Internet of Medical Things. Presenters reported original work on edge-computing optimisation, 3D-point-cloud copyright protection, smart-home reinforcement-learning frameworks, network security and industrial predictive maintenance.

Hybrid arrangements enabled seamless participation: onsite delegates attended presentations in conference rooms, while remote contributors joined discussions via the designated Zoom channel. Each session selected best-presentation award winners to recognise outstanding research and encourage young researchers. Participants held lively Q&A and networking activities, fostering cross-border academic connections and potential future cooperation.

Organising committee members expressed sincere gratitude to speakers, reviewers, local host institution and all attendees. As this year's event concludes, ICCCM continues its mission to advance computer-and-communications-management research globally, looking forward to further international collaboration at future editions.
