Submission Guidelines

1. Submission Method

Online Submission System. To make the submission, an EasyChair account is necessary.

2. Language & Requirements

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
Full paper (no less than 4 full pages) submission is required for publication and presentation.
Paper abstract (200-400 words) submission is required for presentation only without publication.

3. Formatting

Each full paper should have 4 full pages at least. A regular registration can cover a paper within FIVE pages and more pages will be charged at 60 USD / Page. The abstract submission should be 200-400 words.

4. Submission Confirmation

The submission will be confirmed immediately by the submission system. The conference secretary will assigned a Paper ID to the submission from within two working days. To ensure receipt of all correspondence from the conference, please add as acceptable emails to receive.

5. Academic Ethics

Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered. Besides, ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

6. Review and Notification

The submissions will be subject to a double-blind peer review for technical merit, significance, relevance to the topics, etc. For acceptance or rejection, the authors will receive the result from by the notification date.
